Reversioning Producer / Language Specialist (Spanish)

Contract: 6 months | Hybrid (3 days onsite – West London) | Inside IR35

We are looking for an experienced Reversioning Producer – Language Specialist (Spanish) to support the reversioning, localisation, and compliance of long-form international content across streaming and broadcast platforms.

This is a maternity cover contract requiring a candidate with strong editorial judgement, fluency in Spanish, and proven experience working within unscripted programming and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess Spanish-language long-form content for reversioning and compliance
• Provide editorial and technical guidance to ensure content meets delivery requirements
• Support English localisation, including translation, subtitling, and script adaptation
• Ensure compliance with broadcast and regulatory standards (e.g. Ofcom and international equivalents)
• Flag and escalate editorial or compliance issues where appropriate
• Attend in-person edit sessions with post-production teams

Key Requirements

• Full professional fluency in Spanish (Castilian or Latin American), written and spoken
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in producing, reversioning, or compliance editing
• Strong background in unscripted long-form content (factual, lifestyle, entertainment)
• Excellent editorial judgement, communication skills, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate broadcast environment
• Nice to have: Italian language skills and/or scriptwriting experience
