We are recruiting for a Team Lead to join a global broadcast solutions company based in Leeds.
As a Team Lead you will lead the Media Operations team across both linear and non-linear services, acting as the first point of contact for the team, as well as training and developing team members. You will have oversight of refining end-to-end workflows, and manage and distribute work effectively to team members.
The ideal candidate will have great experience of media operations, being familiar with ingest and QC workflows, as well as having previous experience in a management/ leadership position. It is also paramount that candidates are comfortable in a fast-paced and customer facing role.
Please note that this role will be working in a 24/7 environment, which will include working days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
The role is fully office-based.
