A global technology company headquarted in London is looking to recruit a permanent Customer Success Executive to join their team. Working as a key member of a customer facing support team you will be tasked with providing both product and customer support as well as fullfilling data processing requirements. Working with customers such as Advertisers, Creative Agencies and Post Houses who use the company's platforms and products, you will provide support to inbound enquiries via telephone and email, assisting users with query resolutions to ensure all issues are dealt with quickly and efficently.
To be considered for this role, excellent communication skills are paramount along with a strong telephone manner and the ability to liaise with all levels of both internal and external customers. Experience of supporting users on systems would be really advantageous but full training of their products and services will be provided, so a strong customer service background will be considered. Any experience working within the TV, digital or advertising industry would be a real plus as would a degree or equivalent in a similar discipline. Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel is also required.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis with a 50/50 split between working in their central London office location and from home.
