An Account Director is required for a permanent role working for a leading PR, marketing & events agency that specialises in broadcast, media tech & AV. As Account Director you will act as the face of the company for all clients and are 100% accountable for the successful delivery or the clients PR/marketing programme.
You will be fully responsible for ensuring plans are agreed months in advance, driving teams to meet and exceed client expectations and growing accounts by selling additional projects and maintaining a high-level of media contacts. You will be involved in all media pitches and sell-ins and will ensure delivery of consistent creativity whilst always contributing to the development of the staff and the wider agency.
To be considered for this opportunity applicants must demonstrate their passion and good understanding of broadcast with particular knowledge of broadcast manufacturing, technologies & AV equipment. It is important that applicants have extensive experience of working for a PR agency and managing clients with outstanding social media skills. You must also be able to understand the difference between B2B and B2C PR.
