A leading in-house creative agency is looking to recruit a Production Coordinator to join them on an initial 3-month contract. As a Production Coordinator you will be working closely with the brand production team to support in delivering various assets. You will be responsible for sourcing and delivering assets for designers and creatives as well as coordinating production meetings. You will be also tasked with performing administrative work such as collating all relevant paperwork and distributing information, storing documents. In addition, you will have an opportunity to learn about scheduling, and tracking costs.
To be considered for this role, candidates should demonstrate experience within the creative industry as a Production Coordinator or similar and have a strong enthusiasm to learn new skills. Applicants must also demonstrate great organisation and communication skills.
The position offers the exciting opportunity to develop knowledge in production with a leading broadcast agency with one day in the West London office per week, the rest being flexible to work from home.
