We are seeking an experienced Senior Broadcast and AV Sales professional to head up all UK and international sales activities for a Broadcast Media and Audio Visual technology solutions company.
As Head of Sales / Sales Director, you will report directly to the MD, and work closely together to help build the sales strategy and then be responsible for all day-to-day business development and new business activities. You need to be a confident and experienced sales professional - able to research, locate, win, and maintain relationships with prospective companies.
This role could suit also suit a senior sales or business development manager looking for the next step. You will need to be able to demonstrate you have existing client relationships also outside the broadcasting sector ideally with customers from corporate, government, education or financial sectors.
You will need to demonstrate experience selling broadcast solutions in (any of) production/studios, broadcast infrastructure and post systems integration. Additionally the ideal sales head will have experience selling Pro-AV related solutions, for example, designing and building auditoriums, theatres or video conferencing technology solutions.
The role is home based, but you will be required to be able to meet customers and visit the office on a weekly basis. You will also on occasion represent the company at international shows and events.
