The Vendor Alliance Manager will develop relationships with selected Platinum and Gold IT infrastructure (i.e. Microsoft, Cisco, Apple) & Broadcast Media technology vendor partners across multiple lines of business, with a focus on growing margins in line with objectives while maintaining the framework and acting as an escalation support point to Product Managers for Silver, Bronze and other selected vendors.
The experienced Vendor Manager will work cross functionally with the Sales and Pre-sales Teams, Product Management and Procurement Teams to drive successful achievement of both the vendor revenue targets, strategic objectives and to convert sales opportunities into wins.
The Vendor Alliance Manager will manage all contracts and non-disclosure agreements with vendors to ensure all are agreed, signed and refreshed annually where appropriate. Deliver and maintain appropriate Vendor and financial services offerings aligned to selected services offerings and act as a point of sales escalation where required for individual opportunities.
You must to be able to demonstrate excellent commercial experience, a strong communicator to influence key stakeholders and a strategic thinker to make impact to contract performance.
This position in the long run will be split between working from home, at the office and onsite with vendors.
