Our client, who provides cloud consultancy solutions to wide range of clients such as broadcasters, advertising agencies, publishing houses and e-gaming organisations, have an incredible opportunity for a Customer Support Manager to join their team of managers within Production and Operations. This is a permanent appointment which is currently home-based and may become home-London office split in the latter part of the year.
To be considered you must have demonstrable experience in supporting customer accounts in accordance with their specific commercial contracts and associated KPI’s and SLA’s and specifically from within the broadcast or media space. It is also essential that you have concurrently managed a variety of client accounts (minimum of 25) and with key business contacts via phone, e-mail and web conferencing.
With customer satisfaction at the forefront of your mind you will act as the conduit between the business and the end client. It is essential that you are able to establish excellent relationships with external clients and internal teams to ensure that all expectations are met.
This opportunity will ideally suit applicants who have previously worked in Managed Service environments who can help to develop and improve the delivery of service to clients. You must have exceptional communication skills and a proven record in ensuring that clients expectations are met and any issues are identified and resolved satisfactorily.
