Our client, who work with broadcasters, media companies and sports federations to provide platforms for media asset management and content distribution solutions have a permanent opportunity for a Customer Success Manager.
In this role you'll be responsible for on-boarding and training new clients. Other responsibilities include supporting the overall customer experience and maximising the value of solutions including guidance on best practice, working with other business areas to deliver in-platform customisations and configurations and creating client-specific training resources to help on-board users.
To be considered you will be a technically minded problem-solver, who can communicate clearly. Working to become an expert of the front-end interface of the company software. You must have experience in media production or media management and be able to demonstrate a good technical understanding of production, media workflows, storage and archive. We are keen to speak to candidates who have incredible soft skills and are keen to work in a client-facing role.
