Job Description

A leading video technology consultancy with an excellent reputation are currently looking to expand their team with the recruitment of a Technical Support Manager where you will be responsible for owning the whole support delivery infrastructure and represent the management team for customer escalations.
In addition, as Technical Support Manager you will work with and lead the technical team in the prioritisation of support tickets, continuously review the support service function and own the support relationships with all customer partners and technology suppliers.
Required skills:
  • Ability to lead and develop technical support teams
  • Experienced in supporting and designing broadcast systems
  • Knowledge in Audio/Video over IP
  • Excited about exploring new technology and the opportunity for self growth and development

Desirable skills:

  • Experience in deploying and managing systems in AWS, GCP or Azure
  • Knowledge in network analysis/packet capture tools
  • Understanding of real-time transport protocols such as RTP, UDP, MPEG-TS
  • IP Networking experience for broadcast or other real-time environments
  • Experience of multicast network design
