Our client, who work with broadcasters, media companies and sports federations to provide cloud-based platforms for media asset management, distribution, content monetisation and archive solutions have a permanent opportunity for a Senior Account Manager.
As Senior Account Manager you will work with a portfolio of major clients to ensure long-term retention and development whilst providing tailored, quality assistance. To be successful you will understand the clients environment and how the clients solutions integrate into their environment. You will also be responsible for fully understanding all the existing and new features that the integrated products have. You will act as the conduit between the client and your internal teams.
It is essential that you are able to resolve any issues or problems facing the client, establishing excellent working relationships and trust. You must have a background managing large accounts for B2B tech / SaaS within the broadcast / media space. It is essential that you are passionate about customer satisfaction and sales success as well as have good negotiation skills and financial acumen.
