The Audio Post Technical Support Engineer will provide 2nd line support for audio production systems. You will ensure a high level of customer service resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
You need to be experienced in supporting a range of audio post-production systems, including recording, editing, mixing, mastering, mic pre-amps, dynamic processors. You must be strong supporting Pro-Tools and Avid consoles.
Ideally you will have gained a few years’ experience previously supporting customers in post-production houses, production facilities, broadcasters or working for a systems integrator. Any previous experience (not essential to have all) with Audinate Dante, Dolby Atmos, audio production systems design and solution architecture, KVM systems, IP networking, storage solutions, video file delivery and structured service desk environments (such as ITIL).
The role is Mon-Fri standard office hours (7.5 per day) with occasional overtime hours required in the evenings or weekends.
