An award-winning industry leading software broadcast media technology provider is seeking an experienced Project Manager to work with their US customer base.
The Project Manager will be responsible for successful implementation of a broadcast business management application, ensuring all customer deliverables are managed smoothly and managing the project handover to the service delivery team.
The Project Manager will be in daily contact with customers, ensuring the project delivery team – made up of business analysts, software developers, testers and trainers, are all organised and on track to meet the agreed project timeframes.
Ideally the Project Manager will be certified in project management and be able to demonstrate several years’ experience delivering large scale software centric broadcast, media and entertainment customer implementation projects.
You must have a structured way of working, ideally familiar with methodologies such as Prince2, Agile and software development processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are equally important along with experience of Change Management and used to dealing with Broadcast Media Operations staff and helping the customer manage this impact to users.
Ideally the candidate will be Southeast United States based, but open to candidates being based anywhere in America if they are authorized to work as a US citizen. The role will be a combination of visiting customers in your region, HQ in Florida and home/remote working.
