A highly successful advertising technology company is looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to manage their portfolio of global brand accounts worldwide. Within this role, as Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing the revenue for assigned accounts, with the key focus being client retention and revenue growth. You will act as a key representative for the business, ensuring customers receive excellent relationship management. Day to day you will answer client queries, plan quarterly business reviews, negotiate contract renewals as well as upselling and cross-selling new products and solutions.
To be considered for this role, it is important that candidates can demonstrate a proven track record working in account management. Previous experience of working within a media / advertising agency is also key as is experience of managing global brands with a £1 million plus portfolio. Proven ability to build and grow and long term relationships with clients is a key part of this role as is excellent presentation and communication skills.
