Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a 2 x Media Systems Engineer to join a leading sports broadcasting company based in the South East of England.      
       
As Media Systems Engineer you will join a team responsible for supporting the company's entire digital media workflow installing, commissioning and maintaining a wide range of file based systems at the company's HQ.  You will work closely with the Post Production team to manage changes to the file based workflow systems as well as providing engineering cover to other teams when required. 
  
As part of the role you will get the opportunity to work on site at a number of high profile sporting events internationally every year, where you will support the on site systems and manage the file delivery between the event and the company's HQ.   
      
Applicants should have hands on experience in a broadcast or post production engineering role with good knowledge across broadcast file based workflows.  A good level of IT and networking skills is also essential along with ideally some experience of Media Asset Management systems.  Any technical exposure to Adobe Premiere Pro, media archiving systems, NAS, EVS and more traditional broadcast technologies and equipment is also highly advantageous.
