We are working with a leading broadcast manufacturer who are looking for a Solution Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
This position is a combination of solution architecture, project and product management and pre-sales engineering where you will be responsible for ensuring continuity throughout customer projects.
As Solution Manager, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of RFI/RFP responses, establish required integrations with third party products and ensure proposed timescales are realistic. In addition, you will project manage the implementation, delivery and deployment of the proposed solutions and validate new functionality with development and QA. Your role will also see you provide post-sale guidance on using said solution and gaining valuable feedback regarding bugs and improvements.
To be successful in this role you should have proven knowledge of the end-to-end workflows and systems used in broadcast playout environments. You will be a confident character, who is happy to be client facing and comfortable in formal meeting settings.
Please note, this role requires approximately 40-50% international travel. Outside of this, there is a flexible working policy surrounding working from home when not visiting client sites.
