A globally operating broadcast company based in West London is looking for an Editorial Support Coordinator to provide operational support to one of a variety of departments to ensure smooth running of the team.
As an Editorial Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Coordinating Editor and Production Manager by providing accurate information across the department operations including staffing, financial and administrative as well as managing production deployments by liaising with vendors and logistics planning.
In order to be considered for the position, you must have strong experience of working in a TV News production environment as well as interpersonal communications skills when working with both internal and external contacts. Experience using scheduling systems like RotaCloud and financial systems like NetSuite would also be preferred.
Please note that this role will revolve around production administration and support, so would not be suitable for candidates wanting to pursue a career in journalism.
