Our client, an leading manufacturer of products for the broadcast industry has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Engineer to join their team.
Working with a number of high profile clients as Customer Support Engineer you will take ownership of post sales support responding to customer support calls and providing problem resolution as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will also closely with development engineering teams to enable rapid software and hardware development, through the identification of product flaws and shortcomings.
To be considered candidates should have a technical background within the broadcast industry with a good knowledge of SDI video and audio. Applicants could come from an MCR or OB engineering environment and be looking for a change away from variable hours or candidates in a similar role with another broadcast technology company would also be suitable. A good level of IT knowledge is important as are excellent communication skills and a high level of organisation.
This is a Monday to Friday role based on-site at our client’s UK headquarters and a full UK driving license and car is essential due to the lack of public transport nearby.
