A 12-month FTC opportunity exists for a broadcast Project Manager to join an internationally recognised organisation as they expand their projects team.
Projects will vary in size, scale, complexity and budgetary value, but examples include VOD launches, Digital Rights Management (DRM) implementations and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions. Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Projects you will supporting the company's vision, strategy and core objectives by delivering several projects concurrently, ensuring that governance processes and procedures are effectively maintained and adhered to. Utilising your experience of managing and leading projects successfully, you will be responsible for budgeting, planning, quality management, problem solving, reporting and risk management. The ability to write business cases, produce and manage all project control documentation i.e. project initiation documents (PID), budget forecasts is essential. Communicating with internal and external partners and presenting to C-level stakeholders is also a fundamental part of this role, so exceptional verbal and written skills are required. Formal project management qualifications are mandatory (AMP, Prince 2 or PMI). You will also be a familiar user of MS Project and Sharepoint and experience of waterfall or agile is highly advantageous.
This role would most suit someone who has established their career as a Project Manager and is capable of taking over and delivering on a portfolio of projects. Only candidates who have previously delivered broadcast related projects can be considered. This role is offered on a remote hybrid basis (1-2- days office-based).
