Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for multiple Broadcast & IT Technicians to join a unique broadcast company in supporting the first-class delivery of their technology services.

Providing 1st line technical and operational support to IT, media and TV services, you will take ownership of calls, incident tickets, service requests and fault alerts covering both IT and broadcast engineering issues across radio and TV facilities.

Playing a vital role in ensuring and improving the level of service the company provides, you will identify faults, log all incident details accurately for reporting, categorise tickets in terms of impact and priority and manage these through to resolution and swift completion, making sure the correct escalation procedure is applied as necessary and the status of issues are tracked efficiently.

Alongside this, you will also provide engineering support, when required, to their studio operations, for example talk shows, complex link ups, band sessions and presentations.

This position will see candidates working as part of a shift-rota, the shifts are Monday-Friday with the earliest start being 6.00am and the latest finish being 8.00pm.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate of IT or broadcast technology / production to join an exciting broadcast organisation who will provide full training and exposure to a variety of business areas. Applicants will ideally have a relevant qualification in an IT or broadcast related field or equivalent work experience with the willingness to learn and expand their knowledge further.

If you feel this is the right role for you and if you are fully eligible to live and work in the UK without restrictions, then please apply now for immediate consideration
