Our client leads innovation in the broadcast media technology industry, transforming remote power situations. They're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive their Sustainable Power Supply (SPS) products across EMEA. Shaping the growth of SPS products, replacing traditional power solutions with eco-friendly alternatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Growth: Drive new sales opportunities within the defined region, overseeing the technical sales team.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional/territory plans, identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities, monitoring and forecasting sales opportunities.
3. Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and market influencers.
4. Product Development Input: Collaborate on potential improvements and ensure competitiveness.
5. Sales Initiatives: Execute go-to-market strategies, working closely with internal departments and partners.
6. Market Trends: Evaluate trends to guide the direction of the SPS product line.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business / commercial or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in Technical Sales/Business Development within Broadcast/Film/Cinema/High Technology or Power
• Demonstrated success in managing teams.
• Strong commercial background with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in IT skills, including CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Commitment to Environmental, Social Governance.
Desirable:
• Advanced Degree.
• Cultural understanding and adaptability.
Travel: Approximately 50%.
Salary + 25% OTE + package.
