Job Description

Our client is looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join their Data Analysis team as a Data Scientist. You will play a key role in developing data-driven insights, applying cutting-edge technologies such as machine learning and computer vision to enhance their analytical capabilities. This position offers a stimulating technical environment where innovative thinking is encouraged, and where you will work on a wide range of projects aimed at pushing the boundaries of data analysis.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop analytical capabilities to interpret complex datasets, identifying performance patterns and relationships that can drive technical improvements.
  • Research and apply advanced data analysis techniques using state-of-the-art methodologies to improve existing processes.
  • Lead the application of machine learning and computer vision techniques to detect, identify, and highlight key performance indicators.
  • Analyze and present results in clear, concise reports for both internal and external review.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships to enhance data sharing and development of analysis tools.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • A degree in Engineering, Computing, Mathematics, or related fields with a strong focus on data analysis or machine learning.
  • Proficiency in Python, C, and Matlab with proven experience in machine learning, computer vision, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
