Job Description

As the Senior Security Analyst, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding digital assets by leading the Security Governance, Risk Reporting, and Compliance program. This high-impact role is vital to maintaining a robust security posture without compromising productivity. You’ll collaborate closely with the Information Systems team and key stakeholders to ensure our IT environment is fortified against threats. In addition, you’ll drive security initiatives, manage critical deliverables, and report directly to the Information Security Committee on the organization’s security health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Information Systems team to perform vulnerability assessments and risk reviews, ensuring IT assets remain secure.
• Act as the security expert on governance, risk management, and compliance, implementing controls to mitigate risks in line with company policies.
• Develop and enforce best practices for IT security across the organization.
• Define long-term security strategies and manage planning and documentation for security technologies and processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, budget-conscious project execution without compromising security standards.
• Stay updated on IT security trends and enhance the security program accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in technical environments, including 2+ years in information security.
• Expertise in network penetration testing and methods.
• Expertise in governance, risk management, and compliance activities.
• Familiarity working within to ISO 27001, CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171 standards.
• Proficiency with security tools and technologies, including CrowdStrike.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, routers, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanning.
• Experience in O365 security and managing Windows, Mac OS, and Linux systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to create risk mitigation strategies.
