• Technical Leadership: Be the go-to person for technical insights, leading discussions, translating requirements, and mentoring account teams.
• Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with the account team to gather customer requirements and develop tailored, innovative solutions.
• Project Management: Assist in project planning, from designing architecture to creating proofs-of-concept that help shape the future of video streaming.
• Knowledge Sharing: Mentor your team, share best practices, update documentation regarding new services/functions and present technical sessions for internal learning.
