SLA Inside Sales - Remote

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our client dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met to the satisfaction of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts while ensuring timely follow-ups and excellent customer service. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients to promote our products/services, aiming to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions. 

  • SLA Management: Monitor and ensure all aspects of Service Level Agreements (SLA) are adhered to, ensuring timely delivery, quality service, and client satisfaction. 

  • Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline, track leads, and forecast sales opportunities. 

  • Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers to secure sales and resolve any issues promptly. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients. 

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activity, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction to management. 

  • Product Knowledge: Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively explain offerings and benefits to clients. 


Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management. 

  • Strong understanding of SLAs and the ability to ensure they are met. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively. 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Sales-oriented with a customer-first attitude. 


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in a similar role within Broadcast Media

  • Previous experience working with technical or service-based products/services. 

  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and lead generation platforms.
