As the Business Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term strategy and operations of both our clients production and distribution companies based in the Middle East. From securing funding to delivering exceptional content and managing Profit and Loss, you'll oversee every aspect of their cinematic journey. You'll lead a talented team, foster creativity, and ensure their content reaches audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Company:

• Develop and implement a long-term strategy.
• Secure funding for high-quality films, series, and commercials.
• Supervise the production and creative teams to deliver on-time, budget-friendly, and artistically excellent projects.
• Manage P&L and drive sustainable growth.
• Safeguard intellectual properties and introduce innovative concepts aligned with our brand.

Distribution Company:

• Acquire, develop, and lead a high-performance team.
• Liaise with exhibitors, OTT platforms, and distributors to release content to global audiences.
• Attend international film festivals to acquire impactful domestic and international content.
• Execute sales and marketing plans, while managing PR for released content.
• Secure copyrights and develop marketing strategies for acquired content.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business management within film production or distribution.
• Strong P&L management skills and a history of driving growth.
• Exceptional leadership and talent development abilities.
• Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of content acquisition, marketing, and distribution.
• A passion for creative storytelling and delivering content to global audiences.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia if successful.
