Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing excellent support and ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues with clear instructions and a friendly approach.
- Log and manage customer cases in CRM systems to maintain clear communication.
- Work with internal teams to solve more complex technical problems.
- Assist with product insights, demos, and customer onboarding.
- Develop user-friendly guides and FAQs to help customers resolve issues on their own.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling customer support with professionalism and empathy.
- Quick to learn new software tools and technologies.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
- Familiarity with ticketing and CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Hubspot, or Jira.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Bonus if you have experience with SaaS support, IT administration, or knowledge of the media industry!
