Media Systems Technician

Our client, a leading provider of Avid, Adobe, and EVS equipment for major film, TV, and live productions, is looking for a Media Systems Technician to join their Technical Support & Installation team.

Location: Heathrow-based, with occasional UK & Europe travel

Key Responsibilities:

•  Install & de-rig Avid and non-linear editing systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues for clients during hires
•  Liaise with clients to ensure correct specifications & workflows
• Prepare and track equipment before and after hires

About You:

✔ Strong customer focus & communication skills
✔ Able to work independently under pressure
✔ Experience with Avid systems (broadcast tech knowledge is a plus)
✔ Full driving licence is essential.
