Broadcast Project Manager – Sydney, Australia

Our client, a leader in live sports graphics provider, is looking for an experienced Broadcast Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of high-profile projects for top-tier sports events.

In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of live broadcast projects, acting as the primary point of contact for major clients. You will be responsible for managing on-location teams, coordinating technical delivery, and ensuring seamless service execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of live broadcast projects, including tournaments and full seasons

• Manage teams of staff and freelance video operators on location

• Coordinate resources to meet operational priorities

• Develop and implement new broadcast solutions

• Mentor and support the operations team

• Travel internationally as required

Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in live sports broadcasting as a Project Manager

• Strong technical expertise in broadcast standards and workflows

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to lead and coordinate teams in high-pressure environments

• Excellent communication and client management skills

• Highly organized with strong analytical capabilities

• Must have full work rights in Australia
