Technical Support Engineer – Professional Audio Solutions
We’re partnering with a global leader in professional audio and music technology, delivering cutting-edge solutions for live sound, broadcast, and entertainment worldwide.
We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their expanding UK-based team, providing expert remote support across a range of advanced audio products, managing repairs, troubleshooting, and handling spare parts logistics. While there will be some international travel for training or on-site support, the role is primarily Monday to Friday, office hours (9:00–17:30) —
offering a great opportunity for experienced touring or freelance engineers looking for more stability without leaving the pro-audio industry.
About You:
You’ll have at least 3 years' experience in live sound, pro-audio, or music technology, with strong technical troubleshooting skills, an understanding of audio networking (Dante, SoundGrid), and a passion for delivering first-class customer service.
