On behalf of our client, a growing technology company based in Montreal, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team in a hybrid capacity. This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who is ready to take ownership of executional marketing work while learning and growing within a fast-paced, B2B environment.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with a strong interest in marketing automation, campaign execution, and content creation. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to collaborate across departments. A key focus of the role is building, managing, and optimizing digital marketing efforts within HubSpot, so familiarity with the platform is a significant asset.

You will work closely with the VP of Marketing and play a vital part in campaign delivery, CRM segmentation, email marketing, social content, and marketing calendar coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in marketing operations and campaign management while contributing directly to brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and analyze email marketing campaigns through HubSpot

  • Build and maintain CRM workflows, segmentation lists, and automation sequences

  • Manage the marketing calendar and help coordinate campaigns and content timelines

  • Assist in producing digital content for email, social media, and the website

  • Monitor performance metrics to improve engagement and campaign outcomes

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales to ensure alignment on lead generation

  • Provide logistical support for occasional events and trade shows

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment

  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive

  • Interest in emerging marketing tech, including AI tools

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
