Job Description

A leading Video Platform as a Service (VPaaS) provider is seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to join its growing Commercial Team. 

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives that directly drive sales growth, with a key focus on AWS Marketplace management and building out their partner network. You will work closely with the wider Commercial Team to deliver effective marketing campaigns, support RFI/RFP responses, and raise brand awareness with target customers across broadcasters, content owners, and partners.

The role currently has one direct report, with opportunities to expand the team as the company continues its strong growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow their AWS Marketplace presence, driving visibility and lead generation.

  • Build and expand the Partner Network to generate leads and revenue opportunities.

  • Provide the Sales Team with the tools, collateral, and case studies needed for success.

  • Deliver high-impact inbound marketing campaigns, ensuring leads are accurately tracked and nurtured.

  • Oversee trade event presence (exhibitions, conferences, etc.) to maximise ROI.

  • Maintain and optimise the corporate website (WordPress), ensuring SEO best practices.

  • Develop thought leadership content, customer case studies, and relevant social media activity to raise brand profile.

  • Collaborate with external communications agencies to deliver consistent messaging.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years B2B marketing experience in a SaaS/software or services-based environment.

  • Hands-on AWS Marketplace experience and a track record of building and growing partner networks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced setting.

  • Experience with CRM-driven campaigns, WordPress (or similar CMS), and social media for B2B lead generation.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Knowledge of the broadcasting or OTT video sectors.

  • Experience in managing trade events and working with design and creative resources
