Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading name in the creative events production space and a film equipment rental company to find a proactive and highly organised Warehouse / Operations Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running the day-to-day operation of a busy equipment warehouse.

• Leading a team to ensure smooth scheduling, efficient packing and dispatch, and precise job delivery.

• Creating and enforcing workflows, rota planning, and resource allocation.

• Maintaining and improving warehouse layout, organisation, cleanliness, and safety standards.

• Overseeing inventory with the Asset Coordinator – including reporting, damage control, and loss prevention.

• Supporting staff training and development to meet high client expectations.

• Acting as a key communication hub between warehouse, bookings, and wider operations teams.

• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and internal safety policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership in a warehouse or operational environment – events or production experience a big plus.

• A confident communicator who can juggle multiple priorities and keep calm under pressure.

• Experience with warehouse management systems and an eye for improving processes.

• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practice.

• A team player who leads by example, and knows when to roll up their sleeves.

• Strong attention to detail – you know when something’s not packed quite right or a rota needs tweaking.

This role is fully on site from the company offices in South London, Monday - Friday with shift patterns covering 8-4,9-5 & 10-7.
