Job Description

Are you a strategic hunter with a passion for driving new business in the media and broadcast space? We're seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead growth initiatives across the Middle East and Asia. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding market presence, winning new clients, and shaping regional strategy in one of the most dynamic areas of the media industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on new client acquisition and geographic expansion across MEA.

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting broadcasters, production houses, OTT platforms, sports organizations, and government agencies.

  • Identify and open new markets, particularly in media production and cloud/remote workflows.

  • Represent the business at trade shows, conferences, and in direct client meetings.

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and solutions teams to tailor offerings for the region.

  • Lead sales pitches, pricing discussions, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.

  • Provide market insights to guide broader commercial and investment strategies.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven background in B2B sales or business development experience within media, broadcast, or technology services, ideally with a strong footprint in MEA.

  • A successful track record in a hunter-style role, with proven ability to win new business and break into emerging markets.

  • Deep understanding of the media supply chain: remote production, post-production, playout, and digital workflows.

  • A well-established network across the MEA region and ability to engage with C-level decision-makers.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across MEA.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, or a related field (MBA preferred).
