Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join a leading provider of sports broadcasting services based in France.  You will join their team responsible for the development of platforms and tools that makes coverage of some of the worlds biggest sports events  seamless, innovative, and engaging.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code while independently managing sprint tickets.

• Take ownership of key components within the system architecture, with a deep understanding of AWS-based infrastructure.

• Contribute to architectural discussions and identify opportunities for optimisation.

• Maintain coding standards and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices across the team.

• Develop and maintain automated testing to ensure system reliability.

• Play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

• Participate actively in sprint planning, pair programming, and other agile ceremonies.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in building API-based back-end systems.

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with React.

• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and infrastructure-as-code.

• Experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, EventBridge, DynamoDB).

• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.

• Exposure to working on live video workflows, media management systems or similar 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
