What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules, expertly managing the project from initial planning through to completion.
• Lead cross-functional and client meetings to align project deliverables.
• Track project progress, financials, and changes in scope.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders and escalate risks when needed.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal project methodologies and documentation standards.

What experience you’ll bring to the role:

• 5+ years of project management experience with proven experience delivering solutions on time and in budget for high value projects.
• 3+ years in delivering AV and broadcast integration projects.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to read and comprehend CAD drawings, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project; Q360 experience a plus.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Valid driver’s license required
