This role plays a key part in advising the business on immigration matters across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on UK sponsor licence management and compliance.

Reporting into senior employment legal leadership, you will act as a trusted advisor to People & Culture partners, hiring managers, and employees on all immigration-related matters. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining UK sponsor licences, ensuring ongoing compliance

  • Coordinating documentation for immigration applications with candidates, consultants, and external counsel

  • Acting as an internal escalation point for immigration queries and complex cases

  • Educating managers on immigration compliance and best practice

  • Building strong working relationships with P&C, Recruitment, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Global Mobility, and external providers

  • Supporting the Right to Work process in collaboration with P&C Operations

  • Liaising closely with outside counsel to interpret and apply immigration policies accurately and efficiently

You will be an experienced UK corporate immigration professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment and advising stakeholders at all levels.

Essential requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience as a UK Corporate Immigration Consultant or Advisor (multi-jurisdictional experience is a plus)

  • Strong understanding of UK immigration and work authorisation laws

  • Experience managing sponsor licence compliance

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work autonomously while balancing multiple priorities

  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
