Reversioning Producer (Turkey)

Contract: 12 months | Hybrid (3 days onsite – West London) | Inside IR35

We are seeking a Turkish-speaking Compliance & Certification Specialist to support the review and approval of long-form content for streaming platforms in the Turkish market.

This role is focused on regulatory compliance and content certification, requiring strong knowledge of Turkish broadcast regulations and the local streaming landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Turkish-language content across multiple genres for compliance and certification
• Knowledge of Ofcom and/or Nicam
• Apply local regulatory standards, including RTÜK guidelines
• Provide clear compliance notes, approvals, and escalation of issues
• Support internal workflows by certifying content in both Turkish and English
• Stay up to date with evolving Turkish regulations affecting streaming services

Key Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Turkish (essential)
• Proven experience in Turkish TV or streaming compliance and regulatory review
• Strong understanding of the Turkish broadcast marketplace and RTÜK standards
• Excellent attention to detail, sound judgement, and ability to prioritise under pressure
• Clear communicator, confident working independently in an international environment
