Job Description

We're looking for a Project Delivery Manager, to lead the delivery of complex video streaming and digital platform projects for major media, TV and sports organisations.

You will act as the key link between clients, development teams, and technical stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple client projects across engineering and technical teams
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Break down high-level requirements into detailed work items for development teams
• Collaborate with technical leads on effort estimation and resource planning
• Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and delivery progress
• Maintain detailed project documentation and communication across teams
• Manage change control and scope management processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Commercial experience in a Project Delivery / Project Management within a software development or SaaS environment 
• Strong experience with Atlassian Jira or similar project management platforms
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Experience with project planning and resource management tools (e.g., Jira Plans / Advanced Roadmaps)
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Asana, Basecamp, or Monday.com
• Experience working in SaaS platforms or multi-tenant systems
• Knowledge of video streaming or broadcast technologies (Video encoding, adaptive streaming, CDN delivery, metadata management, cloud-based video platforms)
