Are you a skilled freelance Broadcast Operator ready to level up your career in live sports? (Zurich based) 
Join a cutting-edge team delivering high-impact virtual advertising solutions for major sporting events. Our client, a leader in broadcast innovation, is expanding and looking for talented operators to support live sports productions across the globe.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate state-of-the-art virtual advertising software (training provided)
• Support live sports broadcasts, ensuring smooth integration of virtual ads.
• Collaborate with production crews, engineers, and clients in fast-paced environments.
• Monitor feeds and troubleshoot real-time technical issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in broadcast tech ops (Graphics Operator, Multi-Skilled Operator, MCR, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of live production workflows – ideally in sports or news
• Calm under pressure and sharp decision-making during live broadcasts
• Willingness to learn new tools – full training included
• Flexible, freelance availability – especially weekends
