Job Description

We are working with a leading organisation in the live production technology space to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their Managed Technology division.

This is a senior, high-impact role where you will lead complex international live production projects across sports, entertainment, and corporate events. You will take ownership from the early planning and tender stages through to on-site delivery, acting as a key technical and operational authority.

The role:

• Lead large-scale international live production projects end-to-end
• Manage timelines, budgets, and technical requirements
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
• Oversee on-site delivery during major global events
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience in live event or broadcast project management
• Strong technical understanding of audio, video, communications, or IT infrastructure
• Proven track record delivering complex international productions
• Ability to lead teams and operate in high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
