Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly follow up on leads and inquiries, qualifying them for distribution to reseller partners.
- Advise customers on product selection based on their needs.
- Maximize our profile at reseller events and tradeshows, assisting in their management and delivery.
- Conduct frequent meetings with channel partners to enhance our visibility on partner websites, social media, and partner-led activities.
- Communicate reseller channel price lists effectively.
- Collaborate with the broadcast team to organize product demos and webinars to educate the channel audience.
- Work with the Broadcast Brand Manager to ensure all partner websites are updated with the latest product information.
- Identify opportunities for case studies and thought leadership to drive engagement and sales conversions.
- Engage in business development tasks to find new reseller partners.
- Prepare quotes for customers and follow up on inquiries, planning customer demonstrations both in person and online.
Required Skills and Experience:
- University degree in Broadcast Technology, Media Production, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or a sales and marketing role, with exposure to the broadcast market and its varied applications.
- Knowledge of reseller or distributor channels in a technology environment is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A creative, proactive, and results-focused approach to work.
- Ability to remain calm and solve problems under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
