Job Description
We are seeking a Content Operations Coordinator to join a leading broadcast company on a 6 month contract to manage the end-to-end distribution of content across multiple platforms, including affiliate platforms, internal and external clients, OTT, Digital, and D2C services. This role ensures the seamless fulfilment of distribution agreements across the EMEA region, maintaining the highest standards of content quality and consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence

Oversee the preparation and delivery of content across Broadcast, VOD, OTT & D2C platforms, ensuring all assets (video, audio, subtitles, metadata, imagery) meet required specifications and deadlines.

Manage the onboarding of new distributors and content partners, ensuring compliance with technical and security standards.

Support the launch and ongoing maintenance of VOD/OTT services by coordinating efforts with technical teams, product owners, and creative teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve errors within workflows, including system integration issues, XML mapping, and technical A/V or subtitle errors.

Oversee dubbed and subtitled content workflows, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and deadlines.

Identify process improvement opportunities, including the implementation of automated solutions and AI technologies.

Generate reports and metrics to support planning and operational efficiency.
Essential Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in coordinating and delivering content for STB, CUP, VOD, OTT, and Broadcast platforms.

Strong knowledge of VOD/OTT platform requirements and onboarding processes.

Ability to plan, prioritise, and coordinate multiple resources to meet deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications with internal and external teams.

Working knowledge of file formats, frame rates, bitrates, audio configurations, digital delivery mechanisms, subtitle formats, and XML mapping.

Experience managing clients, vendors, and key stakeholder relationships.
