We are working with a leading provider of offline edit suite hire who are looking for a Facilities and Client Services Coordinator to join their team based in Soho.
Home to over 150 cutting rooms, this role is perfect for someone who loves a fast-paced, varied day and takes pride in delivering outstanding client experiences. Working closely with the Operations team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of their facility and ensiring the smooth delivery of services to their clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing support to clients and responding to requests/their needs
- Leading a team of Runners; overseeing daily tasks and maintaining standards
- Managing cutting room access and studio security requirements
- Organisation and delivery of client events
About you
- Super organised, great attention to detail and proactive mindset
- Proficient in office-based software (MS Suite etc.)
- Previous demonstrable experience working in a post production environment; ideally within client services or facilities
