A leading live sports production and outside broadcast provider is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Services / Sales Director to lead its commercial growth. The company works with some of the most recognisable names in sport and media across the UK and globally. Their services span live broadcast, outside broadcast operations, remote production, livestreaming, and digital content delivery. This is a pivotal role focused on driving new revenue through proactive sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead direct sales efforts across broadcast, livestreaming, remote production, and digital services.

Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Current RMS).

Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with decision-makers in sport, broadcasting, and live event sectors.

Oversee proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and in client meetings.

Respond to Invitations to Tender (ITTs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Deliver accurate sales forecasting and insight to senior leadership.

Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and sales initiatives
Ideal Candidate:

Strong background in direct sales or business development in broadcast, media, live events, or technology sectors.

Proven ability to win and negotiate new business.

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Goal-driven and organised, with a focus on exceeding targets

Knowledge of the sports broadcast industry is essential
The role can be performed remotely but will involve both domestic and international travel.
