This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a company that’s shaping the future of IT and media services. You’ll take ownership of existing accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities, helping clients unlock their creative potential with best-in-class tech and support.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Driving revenue growth across SMB M&E accounts with a focus on products, services, and support.

  • Developing deep, trusted relationships with both existing clients and new prospects.

  • Positioning us as the go-to technology and media solutions partner in the industry.

  • Collaborating with internal teams and vendors to craft and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Managing your pipeline and forecasting through Salesforce.

  • Representing the business at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.

What You'll Bring:

  • A proven track record in hitting and exceeding sales targets within the Media & Entertainment space.

  • Experience selling audio/video solutions and value-added services.

  • Commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit.

  • A good grasp of the post-production and broadcast technology landscape.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a hunger to grow professionally.

What’s in It for You:

  • A role with real impact and visibility in a growing organisation.

  • Access to market-leading technology, training, and industry insights.

  • A supportive, inclusive, and empowering culture that puts people first.

  • Flexible working and a modern, creative office space.

  • A full suite of employee benefits including private healthcare, generous holiday allowance, wellness programs, and more.

The role is hybrid, with the need to work in London 3 days per week along with travel to customer sites.
