Christy Media Solutions is exclusively recruiting for a Marketing Manager on behalf of a leading international technology group with a portfolio of world-renowned brands in the professional audio, video and broadcast sector.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to play a pivotal role at group level, combining marketing operations expertise with the ability to provide strategic and creative support to individual brand marketing teams.
As Marketing Manager (Operations), you will:

Oversee and optimise MarTech platforms, data management, and compliance processes across multiple brands.

Partner with brand marketing heads to develop campaigns, content, and events that drive visibility and brand impact.

Provide guidance on creative direction, storytelling, and brand positioning to ensure consistency and excellence across the group.

Support major product launches and global campaigns, collaborating with agencies and freelancers where needed.

Establish and align marketing KPIs, ensuring activity is measured for both operational efficiency and commercial success.
This role requires someone who combines operational rigour with creativity and strategic oversight – equally comfortable streamlining systems and governance as advising on campaign strategy or brand development.
