Job Description
As a senior leader within the North America team, you’ll shape the company’s IPTV product roadmap, drive solution innovation, and oversee delivery across the region. You’ll sit at the cross-roads of technical consultancy, project leadership, and product development, acting as the organisation’s go-to expert for IPTV - from distribution architecture and middleware integration to content delivery and ongoing service operations.
The role is ideal for someone who can blend hands-on IPTV expertise with commercial awareness, partner management, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- IPTV Solution Consultancy: Guide system architecture, conduct discovery sessions, develop proposals, and deliver demos/workshops.
- Deployment & Project Delivery: Oversee IPTV rollouts from contract to go-live, coordinating teams, partners, and milestones.
- Operational Support: Resolve advanced IPTV issues, maintain documentation, and improve system reliability.
- Product & Customer Advocacy: Influence platform roadmap, participate in feature testing, and align teams on enhancements.
- Training & Enablement: Develop IPTV training, mentor teams and partners, and create reference materials.
- Ecosystem & Partner Engagement: Manage relationships with middleware, DRM, and content providers; support negotiations and integrations.
- Industry Presence: Represent the company at events, forums, and marketing initiatives as an IPTV specialist.
Required Experience
- 6-10+ years of experience working specifically with IPTV platforms, headend systems, or large-scale streaming and network video distribution.
- Strong background in pre-sales engineering, IPTV solution design, and project delivery.
- Solid understanding of IPTV architectures, middleware workflows, content ingest, DRM, and network transport models (multicast, unicast, hybrid).
- Proven ability to manage technology partners and content/middleware providers.
- Strong communication skills and experience engaging directly with enterprise customers, integrators, or channel partners.
Preferred:
- Experience in AV, AV-over-IP, or enterprise broadcast environments.
- Familiarity with hybrid IPTV/cloud video workflows and network video technologies.
