A major new film and soundstage studio facility is being developed in Eastern Europe, designed to attract premium international film, television, and streaming productions.

We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the studio through launch and long-term growth. This is a rare builder opportunity for a senior executive to create a world-class production destination with global relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and launch of a large-scale studio platform

• Build international relationships with studios, streamers, producers, and talent

• Oversee operational readiness and ensure world-class service standards

• Develop the commercial model and secure early flagship productions

• Recruit and lead the senior executive team

• Represent the studio with investors, board members, and global partners

Candidate Profile

• Senior leadership experience in film studios, soundstages, or production infrastructure

• Proven track record launching or scaling a major studio or facility

• Strong global industry network and international credibility

• Builder mind set, ambition, and execution strength
