We’re partnering with an established international business as they make a major move into the US market. With nearly 30 years of experience and a strong presence across Europe, they are now launching their US operations - and this will be their first hire based in New York City.
The company specialises in high-impact digital signage and audiovisual technology, delivering immersive & experiential installations for globally recognised brands.
This is a rare opportunity to join at the very start of their US journey and play a key role in delivering and shaping large-scale projects across the region.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of complex AV and digital signage projects, acting as the key US-based point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners. This role is tied to a major upcoming client rollout, making it both high-impact and time-sensitive.
What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AV, digital signage, and experiential projects
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Act as the primary US-based delivery lead
- Support the establishment and growth of the US operation
What you’ll bring:
- Senior Project Management experience within AV, digital, or experiential environments
- Experience delivering installation projects at scale
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management capability
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Comfortable operating with autonomy as a standalone hire in a new market
